Answers to common questions about ShipFix, the fixed-price fix service for apps built with Cursor, Lovable, Bolt and Replit.
What is ShipFix?
ShipFix is a fixed-price app-fix service for vibe coders: people who build apps with AI tools like Cursor, Lovable, Bolt and Replit and get stuck. AI agents find and fix the bug, and you get a GitHub pull request with a plain-English explanation. Milo, our AI agent, reviews every fix before delivery, and you review and merge the pull request yourself. Nothing is merged without you.
How much does it cost to fix a vibe-coded app?
Single Bug Fix is $29 (24h). Deploy Rescue is $79 (48h). The Launch-Readiness Pass is $149 (72h, up to 5 fixes). App Down Emergency is $249: we aim to start within 2h and to restore your app within 12h. Hours apply. Every tier is fixed-price, and you get a full refund if we can't fix it.
Do you charge sales tax?
Connecticut orders are charged 1% Connecticut sales tax, added at checkout before you pay.
Can you fix my Lovable app that's broken or shows a blank screen?
Yes. Connect the Lovable project to GitHub, give ShipFix repo access and describe the bug. Common Lovable fixes include missing environment variables, Supabase auth/RLS errors and routing issues after deploy.
Can someone fix my Cursor app when the AI keeps making it worse?
Yes. This is exactly the kind of problem ShipFix is built for. We find the root cause instead of patching symptoms, and explain what went wrong so it doesn't come back.
My app works locally but fails to deploy. Can you help?
Deploy Rescue ($79, 48h) fixes failed builds, blank pages, env vars and config on Vercel, Netlify, Render, Railway, Fly.io, Cloudflare Pages and Replit Deployments. We never need your hosting login.
What do I need to give you?
Access to the GitHub repo and a description of what's broken. If your app only lives inside Lovable, Bolt or Replit, push it to GitHub first.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You get a ready-to-merge pull request and a plain-English write-up of what broke and why.
What counts as a bug fix vs a new feature?
A fix makes something that should already work actually work. New features, or changes to how something is meant to work, are out of scope and need a new order or a written quote.
What if you can't fix it?
If we can't fix it, you get a full refund. Every tier includes one free revision within 7 days of delivery. If the revision doesn't fix it either, you get a full refund. For a Launch-Readiness Pass, you get a full refund if we fix none of the problems you listed in your intake form. If we fix at least one, the order counts as delivered, your free revision covers anything we missed, and any partial refund is case by case, at our discretion. If we still don't have access to your repo 7 days after your order, even after we've followed up by email, we cancel the order and refund it in full. Refund requests can be made up to 14 days after delivery, or after your free revision if that's later. If you paid for Rush and we miss the Rush delivery target (8 hours for Single Bug Fix, 24 hours for Deploy Rescue and Launch-Readiness Pass, counted from when the clock starts under our Terms: Rush start times apply 9 AM–9 PM ET, and the clock pauses while we're waiting on you), we refund the $25 Rush fee without you having to ask, and we still deliver your fix. If we then can't fix it, we refund the rest of what you paid too. See our Refund Policy.
Is there a launch discount?
FOUNDING50 terms: 50% off Standard turnaround on Single Bug Fix, Deploy Rescue and Launch-Readiness Pass. Not valid on Rush or App Down Emergency. First 10 uses, one per customer, ends Nov 16 11:59 PM ET, can't be combined with other discounts.
