Terms of service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

1. Who we are

ShipFix ("we", "us") is operated by Tyreek Dixon, doing business as ShipFix. Our business address is 224 W 35th St Ste 500 #2142, New York, NY 10001. By buying a service you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1A. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you order for a company, you confirm you're authorized to bind it.

2. The service

We diagnose and fix bugs, deployment problems and launch-readiness issues in software you own. Our services are Single Bug Fix ($29), Deploy Rescue ($79), Launch-Readiness Pass ($149) and App Down Emergency ($249, we aim to start within 2 hours and to restore your app within 12 hours). Hours apply. Rush turnaround is available as an add-on where offered. Each package covers the scope described on its product page and in your intake form. Work outside that scope needs a new order or a written quote.

3. AI-assisted work

Our fixes are done with AI agents. Milo, our AI agent, reviews every fix before delivery, and you review and merge the pull request yourself. Nothing is merged without you. We test fixes against the issue you described, but we can't guarantee your software will be completely free of bugs.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You must own the code, or be authorized to let us change it.
  • Give accurate intake details and the access we need.
  • Back up your code and data before we start. We work on a separate branch or copy where possible.
  • Review and approve our changes before you deploy them to production.

5. Access, confidentiality and security

We use your code only to do the job you ordered. We don't sell it, and we share it only with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy that we need to do the job. We never ask for passwords or keys, so please don't send them. If you do, we don't use them, we never store them in the pull request, we delete them from our working copy when we close out your order, and we'll ask you to rotate them. Ask us about an NDA.

6. Ownership

You keep all rights to your code. When you've paid, you own the changes we deliver.

7. Turnaround

Target turnaround times, including Rush and App Down Emergency targets, are listed on each product page. They're estimates, not guarantees, and the clock starts once we have your intake details and repo access. Rush and App Down Emergency start times apply to orders with complete intake received 9 AM–9 PM ET. Orders received outside those hours start at the next 9 AM ET, and the clock starts then. The clock pauses while we're waiting on you, for example to merge the pull request, set environment variables, or grant access.

8. Payment and refunds

Prices are fixed and paid up front in USD. Our Refund Policy covers refunds, including the 7-day free revision and the 14-day window for refund requests after delivery (or after your free revision, if later).

9. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for lost profits or data, downtime, or indirect damages.

10. Refusing work

We may decline or cancel an order and give a full refund. For example, we will for illegal or abusive software, or code you aren't authorized to share.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Your order is covered by the version in effect when you bought it.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA. Questions: shipfix0@gmail.com.
