What we check
We go through your app against this list. You get back a report covering every item, ranked by priority, plus up to 5 fixes in a pull request.
- Login and sessions. We test signup, login, logout and password reset, and check that people stay logged in when they should and get logged out when they should. You get: fixes for broken flows, or a note on what's wrong and how serious it is.
- Environment variables and secret keys. We check that private keys (Stripe secret keys, Supabase service keys, OpenAI keys) aren't in the code your visitors' browsers download, and that your code reads them from environment variables, with a list of any you need to set on your host. You get: any exposed key flagged by file and type (never by its value), the code moved to keep it private, and a reminder to swap the key on your provider, since we never change your keys ourselves.
- Payment webhooks. If you take payments (for example with Stripe), we check the code that tells your app a payment went through: that it checks the payment really came from Stripe, keeps separate secrets for test and live mode, has a webhook route Stripe can reach, and doesn't double-process the same payment. We don't ask for your Stripe login or secret keys. You get: fixes in the code, plus a checklist of any settings you need to change in your Stripe dashboard.
- Error monitoring. We check whether your app will tell you when something breaks for real users (for example with a tool like Sentry). You get: if it's missing, a note in your report with how to add it.
- Database access (Supabase apps). We check Row Level Security is on and its rules aren't wide open, so one user can't read another user's data.
- Auth redirects on your production domain. We check that signup confirmation, password reset and social login links send people back to your live domain, not to localhost or a preview URL.
- Core user flows. We click through the main things a new user does and note anything that breaks.
- Mobile layout. We check your core pages at phone sizes for things that overflow, overlap or can't be tapped. You get: fixes for the worst ones, with the rest listed in your report.
- Console errors and broken links on your core pages.
- Obvious speed problems on first load.
Pages behind a login are checked only if we can sign up for our own account in your app. Otherwise we check your public pages, and your report says so.
"Up to 5 fixes" means we fix the 5 problems that matter most for your launch (or the ones you listed in your intake form) and list everything else in your report, ranked by priority.
Milo, our AI agent, reviews every fix before delivery, and you review and merge the pull request yourself. Nothing is merged without you.
What's included
- A launch checklist review of everything listed under What we check
- Up to 5 fixes, delivered in one pull request (or a few small ones)
- A launch-readiness report: what we fixed, what's left, and what to watch after launch, ranked by priority
- 1 free revision within 7 days
- No fix, full refund: if we can't fix any of the issues you described in your intake form, you get 100% back (refund policy)
Scope rule: a fix makes something that should already work actually work. New features are out of scope and need a new order or a written quote.
Not a substitute for: a professional security audit, a penetration test, or compliance review.
Target turnaround: 72 hours once we have your intake details and repo access.
Rush turnaround: we aim to start within 2 hours and deliver within 24 hours. Rush and App Down Emergency start times apply to orders with complete intake received 9 AM–9 PM ET. Orders received outside those hours start at the next 9 AM ET, and the clock starts then.
